- Eligibility: Eligibility for the Sunshine Bus will be limited to seniors who are unable to: drive a motor vehicle, ride the public transit system, afford a taxi on a regular basis, or have no regular means of transportation, such as family or friends. Riders must be able to perform their tasks unassisted and be able to get on and off the van without assistance.
